- Replacement cost shall not exceed original purchase price.
- Cost of re-installation remains the burden of the consumer.
- Everlast does not assume liability for defects or damage arising from improper installation, modifications, or ordinary wear and tear.
- All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the specified warranty period.
